By downloading, installing, or using the Rabbi Dweck Shiurim mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
The App provides access to religious audio lectures ("shiurim") delivered by Rabbi Joseph Dweck. Features include audio streaming, offline downloads, bookmarking, and playback progress tracking.
User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity occurring under your account
- Providing accurate and current information, including demographic information (such as name, location, birth year, and gender) during registration
You are responsible for any use of the App through your account. You may update your profile information at any time through the App's settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit App content
- Attempt to bypass security or access controls
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
Intellectual Property
All content available through the App—including audio recordings, text, graphics, and logos—is owned by Rabbi Joseph Dweck or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Downloads and Offline Access
The App may allow content to be downloaded for offline listening. Downloaded content:
- Is for personal use only
- Remains subject to these Terms
- May be limited, modified, or removed at any time
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or its content.
Modifications to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
